96th FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) in France: Honda Racing RedMoto World Enduro Team wins the World Trophy with Nathan Watson – Great Britain-, is Vice-Champion with Thomas Oldrati – Italy -, and comes second in the Junior Trophy with Finnish rider Roni Kytonen.
Honda Racing RedMoto World Enduro Team raced the historical 96th FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) in Le Puy en Velay, France, from Monday, 29th August to Saturday, 3rd September. The team led by Matteo Boffelli attended the event with Thomas Oldrati racing for the Italian Team and Thomas Watson for the English team – both in the fight for the World Trophy. Roni Kytonen raced with the Finnish team for the Junior Trophy.
The FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) was a great success in terms of participants and spectators, counting 541 riders representing 30 different nations. The numbers: 1.300 km with 13 different routes, each 5 to 7,5 km long. Every day, riders faced five different routes, from 7.30 am to around 3.30 pm.
An amazing Nathan Watson won the World Trophy with Great Britain. These are his placings day by day: Day 1 – 4th Overall and 2nd in E2, Day 2 – 2nd Overall and 2nd in E2, Day 3 – 3rd Overall and 2nd in E2, Day 4 – 3rd Overall and 2nd in E2, Day 5 – 6th Overall and 4th in E2, Day 6 – 4th Overall and 3rd in E2. In the standings, Watson finished 3rd Overall and 2nd in E2.
Great race for the Italian Thomas Oldrati: he finished 13th Overall and 5th in E1. Solid performance for Roni Kytonen too: he finished 25th Overall and 8th in E1. Throughout the event, the team supported Honda RedMoto riders and customers from all over the world. 96° Sei Giorni Enduro in Francia: Team vince il Trofeo Mondiale con Nathan Watson e la squadra della Gran Bretagna
Honda Racing RedMoto World Enduro Team è stato tra i grandi protagonisti della 96° edizione della ISDE, la Sei Giorni Enduro, disputata a Le Puy en Velay in Francia, da lunedì 29 agosto a sabato 3 settembre.
La squadra diretta da Matteo Boffelli ha confermato la propria vocazione sportiva per l’enduro, mettendo a disposizione Thomas Oldrati a vestire la Maglia Azzurra per il Trofeo Mondiale, Nathan Watson per la Gran Bretagna e Roni Kytonen per la formazione del Trofeo Junior della Finlandia.
La Sei Giorni 2022 ha visto un grande successo di partecipanti e pubblico, con 541 piloti al via in rappresentanza di 30 nazioni. Complessivamente, il percorso è stato di circa 1.300 km E caratterizzato da ben 13 differenti speciali da un minimo di circa 5 km a 7.5 km. Ogni giornata di gara i piloti hanno affrontato 5 prove cronometrate su un giro unico con partenza alle 7.30 e arrivo verso le 15.30.
Nathan Watson è stato tra i grandi protagonisti della gara, vincendo con la Gran Bretagna il Trofeo Mondiale. Questi i suoi piazzamenti giorno per giorno: Day 1 – 4° Assoluto e 2° in E2, Day 2 – Assoluto 2° e 2° in E2, Day 3 – Assoluto 3° e 2° in E2, Day 4 – 3° Assoluto e 2° in E2, Day 5 – 6° Assoluto e 4° in E2, Day 6 – 4° Assoluto e 3° in E2. Nella classifica finale Watson ha concluso 3° Assoluto e 2° in E2. Gara tutta da incorniciare per Thomas Oldrati con l’Italia in Maglia Azzurra con la 13° posizione Assoluta e la 5° nella E1. Prova più che concreta anche per Roni Kytonen, 25° Assoluto e 8° in E1.
