Honda RedMoto World Enduro Team is proud to announce that the Italian Motorcycling Federation (FMI) has officially named Samuele Bernardini and Manolo Morettini to the Italian national team for the World Trophy at the 99th edition of the 6DAYS® FIM Enduro of Nations.
The most prestigious event on the off-road motorcycle racing calendar and the longest-running competition organized by the FIM, will be held in Italy for the twelfth time. For Honda RedMoto World Enduro Team, this is truly a home challenge, as the race will take place in Bergamo from Sunday, August 24 to Friday, August 29.
The selection of two out of the four official Honda RedMoto riders for the Maglia Azzurra (Italian National Team) is a clear sign of the team’s high technical and competitive level, confirming its status as a major force in both Italian and international enduro racing.
Samuele Bernardini will compete with the CRF 250 RX Enduro, while Manolo Morettini, taking part in his fifth Six Days after winning the Junior Trophy in 2021, will ride the CRF 300 RX Enduro. Throughout the event, riders will cover up to 1.300 kilometers, averaging around 250 kilometers per day for the first five days. The race will start in Val Cavallina, on a route designed to help competitors adapt to the terrain and pace. In Val Seriana, Bergamo’s most famous valley, riders will face some of the most iconic trails in Italian enduro history and its most demanding terrain. As tradition dictates, the Final Motocross Test on day six, this year held at the Covo Campo MX circuit, will crown the champions of the 6DAYS® FIM Enduro of Nations.
Honda RedMoto World Enduro Team will also compete in the Club Team Award with the BBM Racing squad, featuring Thomas Oldrati (in his 13th Six Days), Rudy Moroni (in his fifth appearance), and Mirko Spandre.
Completing Honda RedMoto World Enduro Team’s commitment to the event will be its comprehensive bike rental and service program.
