Three demanding special tests provided an outstanding spectacle at the Assoluti d’Italia round in Caltanissetta, delivering an intense and competitive weekend of racing.
Valentino Corsi secured his first victory in the Junior category, confirming an excellent level of consistency throughout the event. After leading the race on Saturday, he followed up with a strong second place on Sunday, allowing him to claim the overall weekend win.
Samuele Bernardini also impressed in the 250 4-Stroke category, taking victory on Saturday and finishing second on Sunday. These results earned him second overall for the weekend, following a close and exciting battle with Lesiardo.
Max Ahlin achieved two solid top-10 finishes overall, demonstrating steady progress and underlining the effectiveness of his work and preparation.
In the 450 category, Thomas Oldrati once again showed consistency with two third-place finishes. Always in contention, he delivered two strong race days, finishing less than 10 seconds from second place on Saturday.
Unfortunately, Marc-Antoine Rossi was forced to retire on Saturday afternoon due to a knee injury. At the time, the French rider was running ninth overall. The extent of the injury will be determined following clinical examinations scheduled to take place in Italy this week.
The team will now focus on preparation for the next round of the EnduroGP Championship, scheduled to take place in two weeks in Oliana, Spain.
